Kluson 3 on a Plate No Line White Plastic Oval Button Nickel Tuners
Vintage Kluson tuners!
These tuners were used 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955, and 1956.
The tuners are original but the buttons have been changed. The original buttons likely dried up and cracked apart but were replaced with the same white plastic oval style buttons that would have been on it.
The tuners have standard posts, "No Line", and are 3 on a plate.
These tuners would have been on many guitars during the 1950s. Some examples are Fender lap steel guitars such as the Deluxe, Champ, and more. Gibson models such as ES-125, ES-225, J-45, J-50, L-48, L-50, LG-0, LG-1, LG-2, LG-3, LG-3/4, and many more. National, Supro, Valco, Silvertone, Kay, Thin Twin, Dual tone, 1150, 1000, are all also manufacturers and models that used these tuners. Chances are good that if an electric, acoustic, or lap steel guitar had 3X3 plate tuners in the early 50s, these were the tuners that were used.
The tuners include their original mounting screws.
The tuners are old and used. They have wear and some button posts are not perfectly straight but they are in working condition.
