This is a genuine vintage Meyer Bros New York 3M alto saxophone mouthpiece. Just took it to PM Woodwinds in Evanston, IL to have it checked out and verified for authenticity and was told it measured out at .071 which is basically a modern day 5 equivalent. They also said it shows no evidence of being worked on or tampered with.
