Made In W Germany 1970 EB-1 from the Schaller peg period. Pot date is 1377010. The EB-1 has an impressive violin shape and the metal-covered pickups common to the EB series give it a heavy, deep sound. The weather checks that run horizontally in fine detail are proof of the history of this instrument, and its dignity as a vintage instrument and its appearance give it a strong presence with the aura that only the real thing has. Compared to the EB-2 and EB-3, there are very few of these models available, and in recent years they have become one of the models whose value is being reevaluated. Unfortunately, the bar for standing is missing, but the original endpin is still attached.
