The HotShot DM-1™ is a dynamic microphone switcher with a momentary toggle footswitch, allowing an artist onstage to redirect a vocal mic to feed the stage monitoring system and communicate with band members or technicians. This passive floor box is equipped with XLR mic input, momentary footswitch, and main and monitor XLR outputs. The main output connects to the PA system as usual. The monitor out connects to the monitor desk., When the switch is depressed, the HotShot turns off the FOH output to allow confidential communication to stage monitors, in-ear systems, and intercom systems.

But the DM-1 can be used in other ways, too! If nothing is plugged into the second output, the pedal now works at a microphone mute, perfect for a singer with a headworn mic that just needs to cough! Or, it can be used to trigger your effects board by sending Output 2 into your effects chain and then to the mixer.

Everyone knows your vocalist is the HotShot; give them the tools they need to shine with the Radial HotShot DM-1.
