Shipment via freight to residential address there is a $45 fee and if you require a lift gate there's a $55 fee, Freight shipments being delivered to schools, hospitals, construction site, gated community, airports or restricted areas additional fee $65 in addition to your shipping fee. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue.
