The VR1's ability to perform - coupled with its unique look - has already made it a secret weapon for top musicians and engineers worldwide. CUSTOM RIBBON ENCLOSURE FOR EXTENDED FREQUENCY RESPONSEUnlike traditional ribbons, which can sometimes sound very dull in the high frequencies, the VR1's clever mechanical design helps the mic achieve an extended frequency response that preserves the bite and edge of your guitar cabs or cymbals, while still smoothing out any harshness. VERSATILE CUSTOM SHOCK MOUNTThe VR1's custom-built shock mount allows not only for isolation from mechanical vibration, but also for versatile, flexible mic placement.
