This great 14 fret single cone National is a classic! It has a steel body, formed back, and a unique painted "BLACK RUST" finish, each one is a little different, with shades of grey, black, even blue or green depending on the light. Unbound Ebony fingerboard on a satin finished Mahogany neck, and slotted headstock with "NATIONAL" stamped on it. Great tone, a bit deeper and harder than brass, giant sound, and the beautiful Black Rust finish has a cool vintagey look. Loads of bonk and splang and a sweet reverberation that Nationals are known for. Love this guitar.
