The Swordtail Bass is an active tailpiece system for upright bass. This model SWTB-2 is a dual channel (can also be used as single channel), it includes 1/4" output jack, individual channel volume controls, tone control, channel blending control, Bartolini amplification, active/passive switch, single 9 volt battery, Planet Waves 90 degree 1/4" cable, two RCA adapters for use with your existing pickup(s), and tail gut connector. Replaces your existing tailpiece to allow full passive/active dual channel preamp controls for your own pickup(s).
