The Blackstar Dual Distortion pedal gives you a preamp with true valve tone and all the power you could ask for. The heart of this Dual Distortion pedal is the ECC83 triode running at 200 volts and delivers organic dynamics, tone and break up. The Dept. 10 Dual Distortion has four professional-quality clean and overdrive voices which give you a world-class valve recording preamp and the best overdrive pedal you’ve ever owned all in one.

Speaker modeling goes to a whole new level with Blackstar’s Cab Rig DSP speaker simulator, and it's included in the Dept. 10 Dual Distortion. Use the accompanying Architect software to take a deep-dive into this next-generation signal processor, then send that perfect sound out into your favorite amp, straight into a PA system, or even directly in a computer for a professional-sounding recording.
