2013 Gibson SG Standard
For those who enjoy the 61 specs but at a fraction of the price, this amazing light weight, slim body SG Standard is definitely for you. This rare find offers a larger headstock with Grover tuners as well as a golden mother of pearl Gibson logo and crown, a 60’s profile neck, great upper fret access due to deep bevels in the horns and a 22 fret neck set. It also comes with a modified stainless steel mirror chrome pickguard and truss rod cover.
EMG active humbucker pickups (81/85) were installed. Slices right through even the densest mix. “The tone of this combination was designed with detailed intensity, incredible amounts of high end cut, and fluid sustain”.
This ebony guitar also comes with the orignal hardshell case. The case is in excellent condition (like new).
Note: The previous owner could not make up his mind with where he preferred to install the strap locks, resulting in a few small holes, otherwise, this guitar is in great condition for a player’s guitar. Well taken care of. Lightly road worn from touring and not artificially aged on someone’s desk.
