New Old Stock. Never sold to or owned by anyone. There is a small mark on the back of the pedal. It was received directly from KMC Music so it came from the factory that way. This pedal is chrome and a lot of chrome pedals have some physical marks on them: especially in this lower price range.  We were Keeley dealers for years and I am finding many NOS and excellent condition items from the lines we carried.
