This listing is for a Slingerland part #981-1 from the 1980's. It was called a throw-off plate and is mounted behind a TDR strainer. It does not come with mounting screws (or strainer).
This is from unsold inventory at our store and has never been used. It does have a few very minor scratches from being stored in a box with other hardware, which you might or might not be able to see in some of the pictures.
