~ NATIONAL RESO-PHONIC NRP STEEL 12 FRET Single Cone $3870

Note: this is on order and will be in stock by March, 2023. PLEASE ENQUIRE!

Beautiful and classic 12 fret National made with a steel body, with rolled f-holes, sieve coverplate, and formed back. Mahogany neck, unbound Ebony fingerboard with dot inlays. This guitar is nickel plated, and hand rubbed, for a shiny diffused finish. The "Steel" finish resists fogging, so is lower maintenance than the mirror nickel finishes as on many of the brass Nationals. The sound is powerful, penetrating, sweet, and bright, with loads of bonk and splang and famous National to-die-for reverberation. This is a modern reproduction of the Duolian model from the 1930s with the rolled f-holes similar to the very desirable 1933 Duolians, such as the ones played by Booker (aka Bukka) White and Blind Boy Fuller. Complete with trussrod and comes with National hard case. Love it!

PLEASE enquire before purchase, overseas shipping will be actual cost.
