I'm selling this beautiful 2015 Gibson J-35 . More pictures available upon request. 

This model has been discontinued in 2018 by Gibson and it's only available in Custom Shop series.
It is a reissue of the original J-35 which was produced from 1936 to 1942 and it was the iconic predecessor of the J-45. The J-35 is not a cheaper version of the J-45 (as the recent J-15 or G-45). It shares most of the J-45 specs (including the solid mahogany back and sides, a solid spruce top and mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard), and only differs from it by subtle details :

•  Beautiful natural finish with a very classy FireStripe pickguard,
•  Neck profile is a bit rounder and beefier than the J-45 (it feels very close to a Les Paul 59 profile) with a great 1 11/16 nut,
•  Vintage banner logo "Only a Gibson is good enough" on its headstock which is now found only in custom shop models,
•  Advanced bracing (actually it is the exact same one as the so-called "advanced jumbo" in Gibson acoustic line) which compliments very well the J-35 24.75’ short scale. Actually, this advanced bracing make the guitar a little bit brighter and offers more dynamic and punch than the classic J-45.

The guitar plays very well and it is really light which is a delight ! It is the perfect strumming machine but it can also do great in finger or cross picking (see the video attached with Robert Plant's guitarist !)
