The Gibson 60's J-45 Original is based on a late 60's model and recreates a special acoustic guitar from a classic era. The 60's Original features some period specific appointments including, a white pickguard with a “hot stamp” Gibson logo, adjustable bridge, a special Ebony finish, and a period-correct 1.69” width bone nut, allowing for comfortable fingering in any position along the rosewood fingerboard and mahogany neck. This “Workhorse” delivers a sound that is powerful one moment and soft and mellow the next. A Gibson round-shoulder acoustic responds exactly to the player's style and technique, allowing the player to freely express themselves.
