50's Gibson Les Paul Wiring Harness 500K LONG SHAFT CTS Pots Orange Drop Cap 022 Switchcraft Toggle

What is it?

-This is a 50's style pre-wired Les Paul wiring harness upgrade for Gibson Les Paul guitars.   The 50's style wiring allows you to maintain more high end and clarity with less treble loss when rolling back on the volume.  

-The harness also features the .022 Orange Drop Capacitors.  When compared to the .047 caps, the .022 controls a narrower frequency range.  The result is a slightly sharper and clearer tone with a more detailed high end.  

-Includes pre-wired Switchcraft 3 way toggle.

-Hand wired with the highest quality parts and cleanest solder connections.  This wiring harness will give you the clearest signal possible with even and balanced volume/tone roll off.  

Ingredients
-4 x matched CTS 500k pots. long split shaft, 3/4" bushing length, 3/8" bushing width
-2 volume 2 tone
-.022mfd Orange Drop capacitor
-Vintage style pull back cloth wire (7 strand 22 gauge wire for the strongest grounding connection)
-Custom aluminum shield plate to insure proper grounding and noise reduction
-Wiring diagram included

Switchcraft Short Straight 3 Way Toggle Switch
-5/16" tall thread. Requires 1/2" hole and 15/16" cavity depth. -Pre-wired with vintage style cloth wire with braided shield.
-17" for neck/bridge. 20" for jack.
-Includes creme tip.  (black available upon request)

NOTE: If you are replacing the electronics on an Epiphone Les Paul you may need to widen the potentiometer holes on the guitar.  You may also need new plastic knob covers.  Many Epiphones come stock with smaller pots.
