Premier Tom Shell 6x6" Off-White AS IS

This Premier 6x6" tom shell would make a good project, but as it stands currently, it is unplayable. The wrap has wrinkles and discolored, the mounting hardware is missing, and the bearing edges are pretty rough. In order to complete the drum, hoops, tensions rods, and heads will be needed.
