This is a 1966 Gibson B-2512N, which at the time was an entry/student-level 12-string guitar.
The fellow from whom I purchased it cited this advertisement:
"Guitar House of Tulsa is pleased to present the Guitars of Roy Clark. We will be listing several Roy Clark Owned Instruments in the coming days. This 1966 Gibson B-25-12-N is clean as a pin. It's set up well and plays like a dream. The finish is bright and clean and the original chipboard case is included."
I have no documentation establishing provenance. If you wish to verify that this was indeed owned by Mr Clark, I would suggest contacting Guitar House of Tulsa. When I purchased this, it was simply a good little 12-string at an average market price.
The guitar is in what I'd call very good condition. I've tried to show in the photos the scratches and marks that appear here and there on the instrument. For a 56-year-old guitar, it's in surprisingly good condition.
It does appear to have original Kluson tuners, and they work just fine. The neck is straight, and structurally I see no problems at all (at least to my amateur eye). The top isn't bowed, the trapeze tailpiece is securely connected, the nut looks good, and the neck heel appears to be nicely intact with nothing separating.
It plays nicely and sounds good, with that classic 12-string chime.
The case, which Guitar House said is original, is in fine shape considering its age. A little corrosion on the latches, some loose stitching around the edge and some scuffs and blemishes. But I have newer cases that look far worse than this.
