I am offering rare, possibly one of a kind tube microphone preamplifier manufactured for German Rundfunk in the end of the 50's. It is based on 3x
steel EF12
tubes (here are Telefunken, Valvo and very old Philips Miniwatt) and old
transformers of very good quality. Delivering up to 50 dB
of great, creamy tube sound with pretty fat bottom end. It produces the noble sound you cannot get from modern efforts.
You may probably prefer its sound than the one coming from V72 which is very well recognized and a bit overhyped.
It was refurbished with no crappy today's caps, coming with matching cables terminated with XLRs and plug and play with no issues. All those German Rundfunk studio pieces from the 50's used to be housed in 21" racks and this in no exception. Very cool vintage volume knob which is not original, but looks like Holy Grail KNOB. I really like that, but I cannot use more than I may. This is your turn. No further warranty as this is more than 60's years old. It should work for another 100 as this is very friendly for any future repair if needed.
