Generic Snare Drum Throw Off Strainer. There are slots for the shell bolts, looks like you could adjust shell bolt hole spacing from 2 and 5/8th inch centers to about 2 and 7/8th. Overall in good condition and working properly. Not sute who manufactured this one. Original shell bolts included, this was originally on a steel shell snare, so if you plan on using on a wood shell, might need longer shell bolts depending on the thickness of the shell you are using.
