Homemade Telecaster Thinline Partscaster Ash/Spalted Birch

For sale is a homemade, chambered telecaster partscaster body. The back is made from reclaimed white ash (Fraxinus americana); the top is made from reclaimed spalted white/paper birch (Betula papyrifera).

This is a 2nd with minor cosmetic issues but no major flaws that should prevent a build. The input hole and the back of neck had some issues that have been addressed. There is still a minor issue with the screw holes for the neck and the price has been reduced as a result.

The ash wood used for this guitar is reclaimed from a friend's deck rebuild while the birch was from a neighbor's barn, a project long forgotten, as I'm told.

Body has two coats of Danish oil. I have routed out the pickup cavities but may require minor sanding adjustment to fit parts, as I can't guarantee all parts will fit.

Body weighs 4 pounds, 14 oz and body is approx. 1.75 thick.

Standard Fender Tele neck pocket and tele bridge/humbucker neck pickup cavities. The control cavity is a standard route.
