About This Listing

Martin Imperial Cornet 1962 - Music Man Model - Original Case & Martin #1 MP Bore: .450 - Serial# 215***

NOTE: (UYB usually ships within 1 business day, so arrival time is typically within the week your horn is ordered. AK, HI & PR, please request shipping info prior to ordering.)

Beautiful playing Imperial, these have such a sweet cornet sound. Horn has blemishes with 90% lacquer, bell was removed and sever dent was repaired at the main and rear brace. Valves feel smooth with excellent compression, slides and caps move nice. Original case is in ok condition, interior and exterior shows wear and the left latch springs are broken, included is a Martin 1 mouthpiece.

UpYourBrass is a single tolerance shop, all my instruments are refurbished and detailed. All horns go through a stringent bench test, are checked for loose solder joints and proper function. All easily accessible dents removed and repairs completed, valve chambers are scrubbed, hand lapped and aligned... all horns are de-greased, chem-cleaned, and hot water rinsed and scrubbed.

My office and shop are in different locations and I inspect and prep all horns prior to shipping so my ship time CAN TAKE up to 3 days if there are any issues that need attention prior to shipping, please look at all photos carefully before you buy. Thank You
