Unknown 60's or 70's Japanese bass drum leg 5/16" diameter 8" long

It's chrome and has some scratches and wear but nothing extreme.

We just bought an old japanese set and it only had one original bass drum leg and this is it.

It's missing the rubber tip but you can still see where it was glued on.

New legs that we found are all 3/8" in diameter. Believe me, we looked everywhere for another one to complete the set but failed.
