About This Listing

Hey now! You're looking at a super cool and rare vintage amplifier.
This is a 1967 Guild T1-RVT Thunder I reverb guitar amp - even featuring its original footswitch!!
The serial number 6729 dates this amp to 1967!
Packed with a 12" Oxford, and an 8" CTS, manufactured right here in the USA.
You get a wide palette of sounds from mellow cleans, to warm yet boomy bass tone, no nasty pushed lead tone.
Put your guitar through the "bright" input and your high end really cuts.
Pull out the volume pot to activate the "bright" channel - you'll lose some volume but gain a chimey ringing high end.
This amp is in good cosmetic condition given its age.
It is noisy, and while the tremolo works and sounds great, the reverb does not.
This might be an easy fix for someone in the know.
This amp sounds amazing, and it's a solid addition to any arsenal. Especially once the reverb is fixed, you'll have a crazy cool rare vintage amp for the price you want.
Thanks for looking!
