About This Listing

Ensoniq ESQ-1 with loaded RAM cartridge!
FULLY SERVICED
New battery, completely gone over by my tech, new DAC and clock chips, latest eprom OS firmware. Fully working, sounds wonderful. The Phosphorus screen is bright (and hard to photograph!) and clear.

This is a vintage keyboard and Ensoniqs are reknowned for being difficult to ship, so I'd really like to sell this locally or at least within 50 miles of my location.

If I must ship, it will need to be packed extremely well and it will be costly to do it right, we'll have to negotiate that.

I love it and it was a labor of love when it arrived dead after shipping from Texas (as I said, fragile) but I will say that seller packed it in a box the EXACT size of the keyboard with NO padding. Moron!
I had my synth tech spend a lot of time (and $$) making this right and I have enjoyed playing it in my studio. Never gigged with, non smoking studio. The Cartridge is full of 4 banks of custom and fantastic sounds, the sequencer works, it has the 2X expander in place, I believe giving it something like 10,000 notes.

If you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer. I'll post a video as soon as I upload it to youtube to show all keys and buttons work, sounds great.
