About This Listing

1990s/2000 Harmony "Singing Cowboys" Reissue parlor acoustic guitar. It is a reissue of an iconic Stella/Harmony model from the mid-20th Century era. Back then there were Melody Ranch and many other Western-themed stencil painted guitars that were appealing to young kids who loved their Western cinema heroes!

I bought this brand new for my stepdad well over 20 years ago, as a Christmas gift. He grew up loving Roy Rogers and Gene Autry. He actually tried playing on it a little and there's some fretboard wear in the D chord area. He has kept it all these years, but now he's unable to enjoy it and gave it back to me.

These were not really intended to be precise "playable" guitars. Much like their predecessors on the 1930s, 40s and 50s, they were mostly for show and to maybe strum around on a little. It's about 3 feet long and it is a pretty faithful replica/reissue of the originals. It has some signs of age, but it's still ideal for its purpose! I don't see many of these for sale anymore.

International buyers welcome!
