There is no makers mark on this stand. It has some characteristics of a Slingerland but it might also be a Walberg and Auge. Please see pics.

It works as it should.
It is in terrific shape. There is some light rust but it would come off with minimum TLC. I didn't take the time.
It looks like a junior model to me. The foot board is very small.
