I purchased this beautiful instrument in 2015 about 10 years after graduating college as a percussion major – once I had the money to enjoy something I loved.  However, my wife and I are moving and will not have room in our next place – as you know, it is over 8 feet long and needs its own wall/room. I have assembled/disassembled this marimba only 5-6 times during our moves – i.e. this has not been a “gigging” instrument, nor has it received any harsh wear-and-tear.  I love how it fills the rooms in our home with tons of sound, but I also regret that it has been played very, very sparingly since I purchased it. Therefore, you are looking at a discounted, virtually-brand-new instrument in pristine condition, available now.
