Up for sale is this vintage early 1960's Carvin D6 double neck lap steel guitar in an extremely rare original sunburst finish. We've only seen one other example in this finish, which was a double eight model.

This instrument is in very nice condition for its age, showing only light wear. There is only one notable scuff that we can find, located on the side (pictured). This one looks to be all original and is seriously in stunning cosmetic condition. The only issue is that the insert cups for the legs are loose and could stand to be removed, shimmed up, and reinserted, but we will leave that to the new owner if it bothers them.

This instrument has just been gone over by our tech who sprayed out the electronics, ensuring that everything works as it should.

The original hardshell case is included and is in nice condition for its age although it does show wear to the exterior. This can be seen in the photos.
