I recently acquired a CONN 1000B "Doc Severinsen" signature model Trumpet in very good condition.
I had it Sonically cleaned by our local Band instrument professional " Giant Steps Music" and they did a fantastic job. the valves are quick and smooth feeling. the trumpet makes a smooth clear tone and the intonation is spot on.
the case needed a little minor repair. but its in good condition now. and as expected, a bottle of valve oil has been spilled inside at some point, so it has a bit of residual oil inside even after a thorough cleaning. not that it will hurt it. just adhering to my full disclosure policy. it has the usual wear marks of being played. the bell is a Rose gold color and looks very nice. the mouthpiece Is included and is a 7C size
Overall its a great looking, sounding and playing trumpet and should make an excellent student instrument
