One of the world's most iconic bass guitars, the Contemporary Series version of the Beatle bass features a a spruce top and flame maple back and sides, and has a sustain block inside for resonance, while still retaining the original Hofner Beatle bass sound.

It has a 3-piece set maple/beech/maple neck, short scale (30"), and two Hofner "Staple" pickups with standard Hofner control panel. It does not come with a case. Please see our other listing for this bass that includes a hard case (Model CGCVB) if you are interested in buying one.

This one is left-handed, like Paul's! It is one of greatest electric bass guitars ever made, and is available at a very affordable price!

This bass is a B-Stock instrument, with a small imprint in the top near the bridge. The finish is not broken, and it is only visible in certain light at a specific angle. Please check out the pictures for detail.
