Rare and unique ca 1939 Stella Lap Steel with Horseshoe magnet pickup. This lap steel has a clear tone and great sustain. Very cool piece of history with it’s unique non-Rickenbacher horseshoe pickup.
The pot is original and is a little scratchy. I will change this at the buyer’s request at no additional charge otherwise we are leaving it as it is the original part.
The neck joint area looks as if it was re-glued at some point and is solid as a rock.
Lots of patina, expected for the age of an instrument this old that has been in use.
Includes original soft shell case.
