Thank you for your interest in this instrument – below, you will find all detailed information about this guitar. Please let me know if you'd like to hear a sound sample, I will send you a link to a recording!
This is a vintage arched-back Cremona parlor guitar, made in the Luby factory (Schonbach) in early 1950s (I've attached a page from the catalogue for reference). It is in a very nice condition – the lacquer is well preserved for its age, it has a straight and comfortable neck, no cracks and is ready to play! It has a loud, snappy mid-to-high ranged sound, typical for these guitars, that stands out in the mix – great for blues and fingerpicking.
The scale lenght is 630 mm, the lenght of the whole guitar is only 95 cm. It is strung up with a new set of low-tension) 9 gauge strings.
