Vintage Takamine C136S Grand Classical guitar, quality made and designed in the 1970s when Takamine was making a name for themselves. It has the incomparable vintage Takamine design, superb craftsmanship, quality woods, fit, finish, sound quality, playability and performance that only vintage Takamine guitars can offer. It has Solid Cedar Top, Rosewood back, sides and fingerboard.

It was purchased by the original owner in Japan. It has always been in a non smoking, climate controlled environment. It has some small nicks, dings, scuffs and scratches. There is one small repaired surface crack on the lower bout that was repaired by a pro luthier many many years ago. The crack is a surface crack and does not affect sound, performance, longevity, etc. See pictures. This guitar is a beautiful dark natural finish, shows no fingerboard wear, some light fret wear on the first 4 frets, does not affect performance.

It comes with a nice quality heavily padded Road Runner gig bag, very protective. These guitars are known for their excellent sound and playability. It sounds superb, open, dynamic, big, spacious, natural and very even musically. It plays beautifully and has nice action with a smooth fretboard. It is serial number 75072078.
