Chris Carrington Classical Concert 2021 -Indian Rosewood / Engelmann Spruce Gloss French Polish

This Indian Rosewood Engelmman Spruce guitar is an excellent crossover guitar. The rosewood back is very nicely figured and has eye candy Curly Mango bindings. The nut width is a nice 1 7/8" and the neck has a 16 inch raruis for easy of playing. the nut and saddle are bone and the position markers are on the side of the neck at 3,5,7,9,12,15 the string height is set at just about 3mm. The finish has been put on in a French polish style, the sides have a finish blemish where the grain didn't fill all the way. As you know French polish are thin coats for the best tone possible. this guitar was finished with Royalac Blonde purchased from Luthier Mercantile. This finish is much stronger and can resist sweat and wear like a poly finish. That is the only or main blemish on this guitar. The tone is not hurt at all. This is a beautiful very loud guitar with great Harmonics and over tonepicture of the blemish has been blown up to show a close up enlarged picture. that blemish is right in front of the sound ports and passing tones. this guitar can hold its own on any stage against any guitar. The guitar has a sound port and also has a cover incase you don't want it to loud in you ear. In the pictures you can see it open and then covered. The guitar comes with a new Sliver Creek hard shell case for shipping to protect the guitar, Tuners are Gotoh Deluxe gold with black buttons. This guitar has been built in the traditional Spanish style on a Solera. The picture of the blemish has been blown up to show an extreme close up. The blemish is right in front of the sound port, from a very short distance away you can hardly see any of the blemishes on the side of the guitar. In the pictures of the guitar, you cannot even see the blemishes from a foot away. To put the sound hole cover on you just use double sided tape on the back of the cover and then place the cover on the guitar. You can remove it by just pulling the cover off and it won't hurt the finish at all.
