Up for grabs is a lightly used (generally clean with some imperfections) Dunlop EVH95 Eddie Van Halen Signature Cry Baby Wah Guitar Effects Pedal.
Sorry NO box, NO paperwork, and NO battery.
Also NO 7/64 hex wrench(alley key) tool.

To cover myself - I put its condition as VERY GOOD. But in a way - I feel that it's kind of in between VG and Excellent (your opinion might differ).
The pedal was tested and it work fine.
CASING has a few small & very small chips in the finish here & there. It has a couple of light cloudy surface spots. It has a couple of tiny & very tiny nicks here & there (soemof these "nicks" might be natural imperfections. And it has a few light & very light hair-line scratches and a few very small scuffs.
- Unfortunately you cannot see all of the imperfection that the casing actually has in the pictures.
The thin piece of clear plastic is still over the front plate that says EVH. This clear plastic is fine with just a couple of tiny air bubbles and a few very tiny nicks.
The TOP RUBBR PAD has some surface discoloration - nothign too serious. The TOP PAD has shifted to the left a little (nto sure if this happened from use or if it was always like this). The Rubber Pad is on tight.
BOTTOM PLATE (outer side): Very clean. The area of the bottom plate to the right of the upper right corner of the battery cover has a little uneveness (not completely flat).
Under-Side of the Bottom Plate has a few very light and light hair-line surface scratches (nothing serious).
The INSDIE of the Casing and the Circuit Board are very clean.
I put fresh white lithium grease lubrication on the gears (stem, etc). It had a vasoline type of grease lub (I guess that's what Eddie prefered) that was dirty -- so I clean it off and put the white lithium grease.
The feet are fine clean.
The BATTERY COVER Is fine / clean.
NOTE: This pedal features / has an ADJUSTABLE ROCKER TORQUE This pedal comes with an adjustable torque clutch that allows the user to control the amount of resistance the rocker has to being moved. The adjustment is located under the rocker at the heel of the pedal. By placing the rocker toe down and looking under the rocker heel, you can see an adjustment allen head screw. By turning this screw clockwise you can increase the rocker torque and conversely, counterclockwise, decreases the rocker torque.
- Does NOT come with the 7/64 Hex Wrench (allen key) tool.

I took pictures of all sides of the pedal. The are a few pictures of the inside of the pedal. And there ae a few pictures of areas of interest / of concern.
NOTE: There may be a some imperfections that I overlooked. There are a some imperfections that can be seen in person that do not appear in the pictures. And - there are some imperfections show up in the pictures that are not that visible in person - like glares / reflections / dust specks.

The EVH95 Signature Crybaby Wah Pedal is a member of the celebrated EVH Signature Series that was developed after intensive design collaboration with the legendary guitarist Eddie Van Halen.
Early on in the process, Eddie handed over his "Holy Grail" Crybaby--a standard Crybaby customized in the early Nineties with a more vocal-like, High Q inductor and a wider frequency sweep. Amazingly, Dunlop found that over the years Eddie's unique wah style, which uses mostly the middle range of the effect pedal's action, had carved his own curve into the pot's resistive element, making the middle range even more defined and increased the low end sweep.
Dunlop's clones of the worn-in pot and hand-selected inductor give the EVH-95 the same "Holy Grail" feel and tone, and it's true hardwire bypass, dual bright blue bypass LEDs, and graphics based on the black and yellow-striped guitar featured on Van Halen II round out this EVH-approved Crybaby Wah Pedal with a voice and look all its own.
