Middle-Atlantic Products Studio Desk 1997 - Black

This is a steel-frame 4' studio desk with riser. The riser has 2 4U racks. The desk has a slide-out keyboard drawer with a mouse pad that can slide out either the left or right side.

There are 2 independent 14U rack pods that are on casters that have matching desktops that align with the studio desk. These pods can be configured for either slope-front or straight-front because they have 14U rails on both front and back. The pod tops can be swapped around so that either the short side or the long side is facing forward.

As shown in the first picture, the desk is about 8' long and about 2' deep. The desktop is about 32". The riser is about 8" high. The steel from for the desk has leveling feet. One of the pods has a latching plate that keeps the pod from rolling away. The other side had one but I can't find it.

This studio desk is used and I have reconfigured it many times (I purchased it new from Sweetwater Sound in 1998). As such, I have had to permanently attach the riser because the twist-locks have worn out. This is well-used but certainly in very usable condition if you're looking for a solid work surface for a lot of outboard gear for your DAW, computer, and monitor. I am selling this because I had to down-size my studio space and I don't have room for it.

I will not ship this desk because by the time I packed it into shipping containers sufficient enough to protect it from damage, the cost would more than dwarf its value. So, local pick-up only.

I'm only going to leave this listing up a couple more days and then I'm pulling it.
