This is a pseudo ring mod based around a 386 amplifier chip and a 567 tone decoder. It is pretty rough and raw. The carrier tone is loud.
It works great with guitar, of course, but try tuning the carrier to a drone note and running a drum machine through it, gnarly.
Runs on 9v center negative supply or 9v battery.
