From the 1940's -50's this is a Slingerland bass drum tone control. Attaches to bass drum hoop and helps prevent overtones. This shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and rust. Felt has some wear, but is in overall decent shape. Clamp is functioning good. The pivot point is loose and the rivet could use a tightening. See the pictures for more details!
