Static Satellite Nearfield Floating Driver Headphones

These are nearfield headphones. Nearfield means that the driver is floating 1-2cm away from your ears. The benefits of nearfield are stage, detail, diffusion and the lack of isolation making the stage sound more real.

The headband has a light clamp that still gives you a good seal and a suspension strap for maximum comfort. Since the headphones are entirely 3D printed, it is also quite lightweight. And of course, it uses deep pads so your ears won't be pressed against anything and feel discomfort.

All my headphones do not use any glue and can be disassembled with just a Phillips head screwdriver. All screw and nuts are the exact same size other than the M4 screw that holds the yoke to the headband. The driver can be detached from the 3.5mm socket easily too, so if you decide to buy multiple headphones, you can swap around the drivers without using a soldering iron. All the headphones also use a standard HM5 pad mount, meaning you can easily swap out the earpads for your own. They also all use the same headband since well, doesn't really make sense to keep remaking the headband when the current design is pretty solid.
