The unit had a firmware problem and was returned to Line 6 - they replaced the mainboard and serviced it (July 2023). It has not been used since and is in perfect working condition. There are a few light scratches from normal use but otherwise in great condition. All knobs and buttons are working. This is essentially a new unit.
It has been updated to firmware version 3.15.0-dafed19.
It comes with the original IEC power cable, USB cable, USB drive, wrench for the expression pedal as well as all the original documentation. It is packaged in the original box with all original wrapping and protective covers.
The serial number of this unit is (21)HDF1V6941000099.
The Line 6 Helix Backpack is included which gives great protection and is very handy to transport the unit. This is in very good condition with very minimal wear.
