All original Epiphone parts except the upgraded pickup. tuners, knobs and capacitor. The 22 medium Jumbo frets are in great condition and have been leveled and polished with rounded edges to assure very smooth play. The fretboard edges have been rolled for a very comfortable feel. Professional Luthier set up with low action and new 10-46 strings. Intonated and ready to gig. This is a 2009 made to look older. Loaded with a guitar Madness P90 style Alnico pickup that delivers sweet vintage tone (see video link below to hear a similar guitar with this same pickups and electronics). 9.0k pickup rating. Electronics include full size Alpha pots (volume and tone) and upgraded Orange Drop Capacitor (See close-up picture to view the electronics). the Orange Drop is the premier capacitor for old school tone. The solid Mahogany body measures 1 9/16" thick. Total guitar weight is 7 lbs. 3 oz. The medium tapered D profile neck measures 43mm wide at nut,16" radius and 24.75" scale. Neck depth measures .835" at 1st fret and .920" at 12th fret. Features relic vintage tuners that hold tune tightly. The black base paint is the original factory poly, painted over with nitro TV Yellow and topped with clear nitro. The neck is the original factory poly finish. Many hours have gone into finishing this guitar with attention to detail including the relic hardware. Comes with plenty of dents, crazing, chips, cracks, blemishes wear and rust! No gig bag or case.
