A fine bluegrass banjo: Rich and Taylor JD Crowe model, serial 9501-114. In very good condition, fully set up by our senior luthier including complete disassembly to clean/polish all parts, fret dressing, shim neck, truss rod adjustment, set up with D'Addario light gauge strings. 2 Keith tuners and 3 railroad spikes have been installed.
The JD Crowe is a Gibson Mastertone copy with 1-pc flange, nickel plating, presto tailpiece, rosewood fretboard with original R&T mother of pearl inlay. Tone ring has 10 holes.
Otherwise, specs are identical to Gibson configuration.
Some minor cosmetic wear around rim and plating oxidation, but in very good shape overall and playing wonderfully. Hard case and strap included.
