For sale is a beautiful 1940s-era Kay Vintage Archtop in very good condition for its age. Spruce top, maple back and sides with a rosewood fingerboard, maple neck, bone nut and saddle. The pickguard appears to be unoriginal, but is functional with some wear (see photos). Does not include a case, but please contact us if you are interested in adding one to your order.
Tech Notes: This one is in excellent playing condition. Has had a neck reset and some other restoration work at a very reputable shop. Some crack repairs, some waviness to the top, but all has been addressed and it is ready to perform for many many years. Extremely straight neck with very good modern fretwork.
