Vintage 1960s top line Scott 370 Wideband Stereo Fm tube tuner, gold/brass faceplate, cats eye tuning, all vintage USA tubes. It tunes stations easily with the cool tube cats eye tuning meter on the front. All tubes have been checked, all tube sockets have been cleaned and it is ready to plug and play. It has developed some background noise on certain stations and has some overtones with music that is not natural, so being sold as "Non Functioning". It is in nice well cared for cosmetic condition, nice lettering on the top and on the front, has always been stored inside a climate controlled non smoking environment. I wiped it off some and it cleaned up nicely. With a little detailing it will shine. It has the potential excellent performance as these vintage Scott tuners are known for their sound quality.
