Here is a lightly used (generally clean for it's age - NOT 100% perfect) genuine 1980s SHURE SM57 Dynamic Microphone. Also called SM57LC. Comes with the original pouch - the outer vinyl areas of the pouch have a light texture all over and the graphic is red (SHURE) and silver (microphone).

NO box, paperwork, NO sticker, NO mic clip, and NO velcro strap. Also NO cable.

If you do NOT need the pouch - upon request - I can sell just the mic.

This mic was tested and it works fine.  

I'm NOT the original - therefore I am nt sure of the exact year in the 1980s that this is from. I would take a good guess and say the mid to late 1980s. You might know more about this than me,

No longer made. Great for collectors, for someone to use, or both, Also great to give to someone as a gift.

Overall this microphone is generally clean (not 100% perfect) for a pre-owed item that is about 40 years old).  It just has some visible - but mostly not too serious - imperfections (details are below):

The SHAFT PART has some small dark spots here & there (some of them can be seen in the first picture). One area has a thin long vertical dark line (which can be seen in picture # 8). There are a few tiny & very small nicks here & there (a few of them are very short dash line nicks) - most are not visible in the pictures- but can be seen in person.

The LABEL (below the part with the ridges) with the product information is fine / clean and the graphic (words and diagrams are fine / clean).

The PLASTIC PART WITH the RIDGES - is fine / clean.

The GRILLE part has some discoloration (it is a dark gray color - instead of a silver color).  It is not funky. 
In picture # 10 - you can see that one very small area of the grille that is NEAR the EDGE is pushed in a little more [instead of a minor (very slight) dimple - the dimple is lower]. Picture # 11 is of the opposite side of the top edge of the grill and it has a minor (very slight) dimple. Feel free to ask for more pictures of this area.

NOTES:

•  The upper area (the grille and the hard plastic part with the ridges) is SUPPOSED to rotate around the upper area of the shaft. Thus is how it is designed,
• And the middle area of the grille is SUPPOSED to be pushed (that is how this model mic is designed). But as I mentioned above - In picture # 10 - you can see that one very small area of the grille that is NEAR the EDGE is pushed in a little more [instead of a minor (very slight) dimple - the dimple is lower]. Picture # 11 is of the opposite side of the top edge of the grill and it has a minor (very slight) dimple. Feel free to ask for more pictures of this area.
• The other areas are fine.

POUCH: The inside and the outside are clean. The graphic is fine. The zipper works fone. The vinyl material has some light -- - but visible -- wavy-ness from having had a mic in it for many years. In other words - the pouch is not flat. By looking at the pictures of the outer areas of the pouch -- you'll know what I mean.

The outer vinyl areas of the pouch have a light texture all over and the graphic is red (SHURE) and silver (microphone).

The inside material is black and it is probably made of nylon or polyester (not exactly sure of the inside material -- since there is NO label insude the pouch).

As mentioned above- only the mic and the pouch are for sale - NO other items included.
