It has a great warm sound. I have replaced the K&K pickup with a L.R. Baggs Element with volume and tone controls.
Guitar is in excellent condition. the top is high gloss but the back and sides are matte with a textured finish noted in the last couple of pictures. The back of the neck is matte but smoother than the back and sides.
