The Cort MBM1SBLK Mason Series Matthew Bellamy Signature Electric Guitar in Satin Black is a collaboration between Manson Guitar Works and Cort, reflecting over two decades of partnership with Matthew Bellamy. This guitar is designed to deliver the unique sound and performance style associated with Bellamy.

The MBM-1 features a basswood body with a bolt-on hard maple neck, offering a balanced tone with a solid and comfortable feel. The Indian Laurel fingerboard with a compound radius provides smooth playability across all frets. The guitar is finished in a sleek Satin Black, giving it a modern and stylish appearance.

Equipped with custom-designed Manson humbuckers in both the neck and bridge positions, the MBM-1 delivers a wide range of tones suitable for various playing styles. The pickups are fully voiced to match the layout of Bellamy’s custom instruments, ensuring a versatile and dynamic sound.

The guitar includes a unique kill button, allowing for creative sound manipulation, and staggered height locking tuners for stable and reliable tuning. The controls are straightforward yet versatile, featuring a master volume, master tone, and a three-way pickup selector, complemented by the kill button.
