Gretsch has been favored among musicians for decades. Their instruments just don't miss the mark! The G5021E Rancher Penguin is everything you would expect form a Gretsch acoustic/electric guitar! It has a stunning look, bold tone and excellent playability. The Penguin has a solid spruce top, maple back and sides, and a laurel 20-fret fingerboard. Its parlor size body produces a loud, warm sound and is very comfortable to play. Fishman electronics mean it is ready for the stage. Finshed in gloss black and featuring a guitar pick shaped sound hold, gold-sparkle binding, gold hardware and thumbnail inlays, the Penguin boasts a beautiful and unique look!
Please note: this instrument is stamped "used" on the back of the headstock and was given a new serial number by a manufacturer-authorized refurbisher. Unfortunately the onboard tuner is not working. The preamp; however, functions as it should.
