The 09 rosewood series has the honor of being one of Larrivée’s longest-standing models and since the mid-’70s it remains stalwart. Solid East Indian rosewood under a premium Sitka spruce top with Jean Larrivée’s strong x-bracing. The P-09 is small, with power yet balance. Easy to hold, thus comfortable to play. 18:1 tuners, bone nut and saddle, 24″ scale length in a parlor-size body with a 13.25″-wide lower bout. 1 & 3/4″ nut width with all gloss lacquer finish. Dressed up with abalone rosette and curly maple binding. The dovetail neck joint connects the tone of the neck to the body’s resonating chamber perfectly. Deluxe case included, made in USA.
